01What counts as a 'scheduled employee'?
Anyone you actively roster in a given month. Employees on long leave, terminated, or not yet onboarded don't count. We re-count monthly — never per-seat license.
02Is there really no implementation fee?
Correct. On Starter and Growth, implementation is included. Enterprise sometimes scopes a one-time integration build, quoted in writing before any work starts.
03Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Up or down. We pro-rate the difference and never charge to migrate data.
04What if I want to pay annually?
20% discount, quarterly billing also available. We do not require multi-year commitments — they're optional, with deeper discounts.
05Do you charge for the mobile app?
No. Employees never pay anything, ever. The mobile app is part of every plan.
